This is the first time I've ever dealt with Lexus Swindon. I found them to be very obliging and knowledgeable. The salesman I dealt with, Robert Lukac was extremely easy and straightforward to deal with. He knows his product and was not pushy at all presenting all the available options. I eventually purchased an approved used CT200h. Even when he wasn't available, his colleague Jason was equally obliging and there was no sense of competition amongst the sales team. You sense that it is a real team effort. In this day and age it is welcoming to be treated as the customer than just a sales target. The car I brought from them was ready and available when I required and they were willing to hold the vehicle (for a deposit!) for a few weeks to meet my own timescale. I was very impressed with the whole procedure, from day one turning up unannounced, compared with other manufacturers. I was just looking for a new car and wanted something that was hybrid. They knock out other manufacturers. I wanted a prestige car and looked at some like Mercedes and Lexus. Lexus stood out by far!
