At Lexus Swindon, exceptional service begins with exceptional people. Get to know the dedicated team who bring the Lexus experience to life, combining expertise, passion and genuine care in everything they do.
As part of the family-owned Fish Brothers Group, established in 1948, Lexus Swindon has been welcoming customers to its dedicated centre on Paddington Drive since 2006.
Our team brings together a wealth of knowledge and experience across new and approved pre-owned vehicle sales, servicing, aftersales, parts and business solutions.
Guided by the Japanese philosophy of Omotenashi, we believe exceptional hospitality comes from anticipating our customers' needs and making every interaction feel personal. Whether you're visiting us for the first time or have been part of the Lexus family for years, our people are here to make every experience memorable.
I would organise the headshots by department rather than putting everyone in one long grid.

Deacons was founded by an ambitious 26 year old George Deacon in 1848 and is now in its 6th generation. The son of a Westbury farmer George was a trained clock and watchmaker and came to Swindon “to keep the trains on time”. Deacons became subcontractors to the Great Western and later main timekeepers for the Midland and South-West Junction Line.
