The all-electric models deliver impressive power outputs of 136 PS, 218 PS, or 286 PS, depending on the trim level. The e-Transporter Kombi features rear-wheel drive, with an all-wheel drive being introduced at a later date.

In addition to the standard diesel model specifications, the all-electric version includes individually controllable heated front seats, a heat pump, single-zone automatic air conditioning, and all-season tires. The Commerce Pro trim further enhances the vehicle with a heated multi-function steering wheel and full LED rear lights featuring an exclusive light signature.

Servicing must be carried out in line with the requirements of the service schedule and all servicing and warranty work must be carried out at a VolkswagenCommercial Vehicle Authorised Repairer. Warranty exclusions apply (including shorter warranty period for components subject to wear and tear, mechanical adjustments (6 months/6,500 miles) and windscreen (1 month/600 miles). The Plug-in Van Grant (PIVG) is a grant currently offered by the Office for Zero emission Vehicles (OZEV) to eligible manufacturers to promote the purchase of ultra low emission vehicles. The new e-Tranporter is eligible for the PiVG, meaning customers purchasing an new e-Tranporter will receive 35% off the purchase price, up to a maximum of £5,000 (subject to an overall limit of 1000 van or truck grants per business or organisation, across all manufacturers, each year being 1 April – 31 March). The £5,000 grant has already been deducted from the ‘Total RRP inc. OTR inc. VAT inc. Plug-in Van Grant price shown (and therefore the recommended ‘On the road’ price will increase in the event that grant funding is ultimately not applicable, withdrawn, or eligibility for the grant or the grant amount changes, for any reason, or the annual limit is exceeded). Your authorised Volkswagen Van Centre will submit the details of your order online in order to claim the grant funding. The grant is subject to full T&Cs and eligibility requirements.
