We’re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Apprentice to join our dynamic Marketing Team. This is a brilliant opportunity to learn from industry professionals while studying the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship, gaining real experience across digital, social, and traditional marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing
As our Marketing Apprentice, you’ll play an active role in a wide range of exciting marketing activities, from creating eye-catching content for our websites, social media channels, and email campaigns to supporting multi-channel marketing projects across our family of automotive brands. You’ll assist with market and customer research to help shape future campaigns, contribute to the planning and delivery of promotional events, special offers, and new car launches, and produce engaging graphics, short videos, and written materials. You’ll also help monitor campaign performance and support digital marketing tasks such as SEO and analytics, all while working closely with teams across the business to ensure consistent, effective messaging.
You’ll learn all the fundamentals of marketing—from customer behaviour and branding to digital tools, content creation, and campaign measurement—through the structured training provided in the Multi-Channel Marketer programme.
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll be someone who is creative and full of ideas, with the confidence to communicate clearly and professionally. Organised, enthusiastic, and eager to learn, you’ll have a genuine interest in digital marketing and content creation. You should feel comfortable using social media and digital platforms, and enjoy working as part of a supportive, energetic team where collaboration is key.
You will need Maths and English at grade 4 or above, and any experience with content creation, design tools, or social media management is a bonus — but not essential!
