About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for guiding customers through the complete vehicle buying journey, delivering an exceptional experience while achieving strong commercial results.
You will build lasting customer relationships, generate repeat business and referrals, and help customers find the right vehicle and finance solution to meet their needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Selling new and used Nissan vehicles
- Managing customer enquiries from showroom, telephone and digital channels
- Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
- Promoting finance, insurance and ancillary products
- Delivering a professional and compliant sales process in line with FCA requirements
- Achieving sales, profit and customer satisfaction objectives
- Creating long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and recommendations
About You
We're looking for someone who already understands what success looks like in automotive sales.
You'll have:
- Previous car sales experience within a franchised dealership environment
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong finance and product sales skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- High levels of self-motivation, drive and professionalism
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- A full UK driving licence
Most importantly, you'll be someone who is ambitious, customer-focused and motivated by success.
