The Cream Tea Spa Experience Prize Draw (hereinafter referred to as "the Prize Draw") is open to individuals aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Fish Brothers (Swindon) Ltd and their immediate families, as well as anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw. To enter the Prize Draw, participants must attend and book a slot for the Discover EV Event hosted by Fish Brothers Kia during the promotional period. Only attendees of the Discover EV Event who have completed the booking process will be eligible for entry. The promotional period for the Prize Draw begins on 31.05.2024 and ends on 04.06.2024. Bookings received outside of this period will not be considered. The Prize consists of a Cream Tea Spa Experience for two at Bowood, valued at £178, along with the choice of rental of one of our Electric Vehicles for the day. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period. The draw will be conducted within seven (7) days following the end of the promotional period. The winner will be notified via email or telephone within seven (7) days of the Prize Draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The Prize must be redeemed by booking the Cream Tea Spa Experience before the expiry date of 31st May 2025. The Prize is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. Fish Brothers Kia reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event that the Prize is unavailable for any reason. By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to Fish Brothers Kia using their name, photograph, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Any personal information collected in connection with this Prize Draw will be used solely for the administration of the Prize Draw and in accordance with Fish Brothers Kia's Privacy Policy.
