Join the Launch of an Exciting New Electrified Brand

Fish Brothers is preparing to launch the first UK dealership for Lepas, an exciting new electrified automotive brand built around precision, power and elegance.

Based at our newly refurbished Ashworth Road dealership in Swindon, this is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new sales team at the very beginning of an exciting growth journey.

Following the successful launch of Omoda, Jaecoo and Chery, we are continuing to invest in the future of automotive retail and are looking for ambitious, customer-focused Sales Executives to help establish LEPAS in the local market.

The first LEPAS model arriving in the UK will be the LEPAS L8, a large five-seat plug-in hybrid SUV, with future models across the range being hybrid, plug-in hybrid or fully electric.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in introducing customers to an exciting new automotive brand while delivering a premium customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover.

You will work within a modern showroom environment and become part of a supportive, ambitious team focused on delivering excellent customer service alongside strong commercial performance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced automotive sales professionals looking for a fresh challenge, but we would also welcome applications from high-performing sales candidates from other sectors who can demonstrate a passion for customer service and a proven ability to deliver results.

About You

You will be motivated, professional and passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience. You will enjoy building relationships, understanding customer needs and helping customers find the right vehicle solution for them.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous sales experience, ideally within the motor industry
  • Be confident, driven and self-motivated
  • Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Be enthusiastic about new technology and electrified vehicles
  • Thrive within a target-driven environment
  • Be committed to delivering exceptional customer service

Working Hours

Full-time permanent role working a 5-day week, Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week. The dealership is closed on Sundays.
