Experienced Sales Executive – Fish Brothers Dacia

OTE £40,000+ | Company Car | Uncapped Commission

Fish Brothers is looking for an experienced automotive Sales Executive to join our Dacia team in Swindon.

This opportunity is ideally suited to a proven motor trade sales professional who is already delivering strong results and is looking for a dealership that values customer relationships, repeat business and long-term success.

We're not looking for someone learning the trade. We're looking for an established Sales Executive who understands the automotive sales process, knows how to build rapport quickly, generates their own opportunities and consistently converts enquiries into sales.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

Working with both new and existing customers, you will identify their needs, present suitable vehicle solutions and guide them through every stage of the purchasing process. Alongside vehicle sales, you will introduce finance, insurance and protection products in a professional and compliant manner.

You will be expected to actively prospect for business, maximise every enquiry and develop long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business and recommendations.

Success in this role will be measured through vehicle sales, profitability, finance performance, customer satisfaction and the quality of your customer relationships.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will already have experience as an automotive Sales Executive and be able to demonstrate a track record of achieving results.

You will be:

• A confident and professional communicator.
• Commercially aware and motivated by success.
• Skilled at building trust and long-term customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, resilient and driven to achieve targets.
• Organised and able to manage multiple opportunities effectively.
• Committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

A full UK driving licence with no more than 7 penalty points is essential.
