Nissan has a very exciting future ahead.

2026 sees the launch of 2 key models in March that hold a huge heritage and following with our customers which are the new Micra and LEAF. These will bolster Nissan’s position as a leader in electric motoring. We will also be welcoming 2 additional models over the next 12-18 months with the introduction of the all new Juke and a new small EV model which will sit under Micra in the line up. All of this runs alongside our fantastic line up of petrol cars, hybrids and Nissan’s brilliant e-POWER drivetrain system which has proven to be a winner with customers in the Qashqai and X-Trail models. Nissan consistently has 2 models in the UK top 10 and we need a new member of the Sales Team to maximise this opportunity.

We’re now looking for an experienced Sales Executive who knows how to close deals, maximise profit, and deliver a first-class customer journey; someone who understands the full sales process, knows how to structure finance, drives add-on performance, and consistently hits — or exceeds — targets. You will be working with a Sales Manager and Transaction Manager who will give you the support to succeed.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Selling new and used Nissan vehicles to retail customers
  • Driving strong finance, insurance and ancillary product penetration
  • Managing your pipeline effectively — follow-ups, prospecting and internet leads
  • Achieving KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit and finance performance
  • Delivering a professional, compliant sales process in line with FCA standards
  • Creating a customer experience that generates repeat business and referrals

What We Expect

  • Proven experience in car sales (motor industry essential)
  • A strong track record of hitting targets and maximising profit per deal
  • Confidence in selling finance and add-on products
  • Resilience, drive and competitive energy
  • Excellent rapport-building and closing skills
  • Full UK driving licence
