Marketing Executive (Maternity Cover) – Join Our Dynamic Team!

We’re on the lookout for a talented Marketing Executive join our friendly and supportive team to cover a period of maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a dedicated number of franchises within the Fish Brothers Group, helping to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation. The Marketing Executive will be the first point of contact for all marketing-related matters, liaising directly with the site, manufacturer, and external agencies to ensure smooth coordination and execution of marketing activities. This includes overseeing marketing planners, managing campaigns, and facilitating communication between all relevant stakeholders to align with business objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Creating compelling email content, eye-catching artwork, and engaging website updates—including SEO optimization, blog writing, promotions, and imagery.
  • Managing and maintaining the group database, ensuring seamless customer engagement.
  • Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on marketing campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A marketing professional with proven experience in a similar role OR a recent Marketing graduate eager to kickstart their career.
  • A creative thinker with a flair for content creation and strong writing skills.
  • Someone who can balance working independently with being a collaborative team player.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic individual who isn’t afraid to think outside the box.
  • An interest in the automotive industry is a plus, but not essential!

This is a full-time, in-person role based at our Kia dealership (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week) for a 1 year fixed term contract.
