Basic Salary: £26,910 per annum
OTE: £40,000 per annum, achievable through team bonuses and internal upsell performance plus great company benefits and elite training through the Award-Winning Lexus Academy.
Job Overview
As an experienced Service Advisor, you will occupy a prestigious customer facing position within our award-winning Lexus centre. We are looking for a professional who will be responsible for building and retaining long-term relationships through a seamless, customer-led journey.
You will be expected to provide the utmost attention to customer care, enriching our guests' lives by managing expectations and ensuring every issue is resolved with a very high level of personalised service. As one of the very few Lexus centres to feature an on-site SMART Repair centre, you will leverage this unique facility to provide efficient, high-quality solutions that exceed traditional industry standards.
Highlights of what you will do in your role
Bespoke Customer Journey
· Identify and anticipate customer expectations to ensure their journey is exceptional and personally tailored
Proactive Communication
· Maintain a central point of contact for vehicle lifecycle support, ensuring customers are fully aware of timescales and costs through accurate, consistent estimates
Revenue & Upsell Mastery
· Reach and exceed OTE by identifying internal upsell opportunities for add-ons and maximizing the potential of every sold appraisal
SMART Repair Integration
· Proactively offer our specialized on-site SMART Repair services to provide comprehensive vehicle care
Total Resolution
· Connect personally with customers following repairs to ensure total satisfaction and maintain our brand ambassador status
Personal Skills & Requirements
Experienced Professional
· Previous customer-focused work experience is highly advantageous, with a preference for those who have mastered the high-pressure automotive environment
Exacting Attention to Detail
· You must be extremely organised with a focus on precision in every customer interaction and administrative task
Proactive Mindset
· You take initiative and ownership of issues with a "can-do" attitude, often generating innovative solutions rather than relying on established approaches
Communication Excellence
· You must possess high standards of verbal and written communication, finding the perfect balance between listening to customer needs and providing expert advice
Stress Tolerance
· Remain composed and professional in emotionally charged or high-pressure situations
Essential Job Criteria
· A full & clean UK driving licence
· Eligibility to work in the UK
· Smart personal appearance and a highly professional demeanour
· Flexibility to work required hours and travel for training sessions
