Grounds Assistant (Part Time – 20 Hours per Week, 6 Month Fixed Term)

We know first impressions count. To help us with this we’re looking for a Grounds Assistant to help keep our sites clean, tidy and looking their best for our customers.

This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week on a 6-month fixed term basis, with flexibility around how those hours are worked.

What you’ll do
This role will primarily focus on grass cutting and general grounds maintenance across our Swindon sites. You’ll be responsible for keeping outdoor areas neat and presentable, including regular mowing, litter picking, and general upkeep.

You’ll be working independently for the majority of the time, managing your own schedule across sites. A company van will be provided to support travel between locations.

You’ll work alongside our full-time gardener, who will take care of more specialist and in-depth landscaping tasks, allowing you to focus on the day-to-day maintenance.

About you
You’ll be someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping things looking their best. You’ll be self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working on your own.

A practical, hands-on approach is key, along with good time management and attention to detail.

A full UK driving licence is essential, and applicants must have fewer than 7 points due to company vehicle insurance requirements.
