The Karoq joined the family in 2017 and has since become Škoda's bestselling SUV. Now the Karoq features new technologies and a more striking look to follow in the footsteps of the Kodiaq.

A new face

The Škoda Karoq boasts a more rugged appearance thanks to a new wider, hexagonal radiator grille. Paired with a dynamic and distinctive light signature including typical 4-eyes design, split daytime running lights, and for the first time LED Matrix technology, the Karoq has a strong and recognisable look on the road.

Moving to the back, the taillights have also received a similar, slimmer redesign as well as an elongated spoiler on the fifth door. A reduction of Co2 emissions and fuel consumption is at the forefront of the Karoq, making it the most aerodynamic car in its segment. The Karoq features redesigned alloy wheels that can be adjusted with the options of two special covers to improve airflow even further.

Environmentally friendly materials and engines

One of the key objectives for the innovated Karoq is to improve environmental credentials. Consequently, under the bonnet of the Škoda Karoq you will find one of five modern, fuel-efficient engines of the Evo generation: the turbocharged TSI petrol units with a capacity of 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 litres (delivering 81, 110, and 140 kW respectively) or two versions of the two-litre 2.0 TDI turbodiesel (85 and 110 kW). The petrol engines use a special solution to reduce internal friction, while the 1.5 TSI engine also features cylinder deactivation.

Škoda have afforded customers the opportunity to feature ECO fabric upholstery, which uses vegan, partially recycled and recyclable materials to upholster the seats and other areas in their Karoq.

Connectivity and modern assist systems

Škoda offers a host of features that boost convenience on the road, with the Karoq as no exception. Advanced technologies, including urban emergency braking systems to predictive cruise control and lane assist, are designed to minimise the likelihood of potential collisions on the road.

The Karoq now comes with the Virtual Cockpit mini with an eight-inch display as standard* as well as three different infotainment levels with displays ranging from 8 to 9.2 inches.

*10.25-inch Virtual Cockpit with a wider range of functions is available as an option.

The Karoq Sportline

The Karoq Sportline is unmistakable with a multitude of distinctive features. including sporty alloy wheels of up to 20 inches, and a number of black pained accents such as the wider hexagonal grilled, window trims, longitudinal roof rails, and exterior mirror caps.

A top-of-the-range 2.0 TSI power unit with 140kWh, paired with DSG automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, is exclusive to the Sportline model to maintain its big personality.
