Part-Time Sales Administrator

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 1:00pm
We have a great opportunity to join the friendly and professional team at our prestigious Fish Brothers Toyota dealership as a Part-Time Sales Administrator.
In this key support role, you’ll be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vehicle orders, helping to ensure a smooth customer journey from sale to delivery. Working closely with a small sales team, you’ll need to be organised, proactive, and confident working independently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Invoicing and processing vehicle sales
- Booking vehicles into stock
- Ordering and booking parts for new vehicles
- Managing and prioritising a varied workload
What we’re looking for:
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence using web-based systems (experience with Kerridge/CDK is highly desirable)
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and remain calm under pressure
- A flexible approach and willingness to support the wider team as needed
