With a team of experienced Service Advisors and highly qualified Technicians to support you, we are looking for a professional and proactive manager who can consolidate the previous success of the department and continue to drive it forward for the future. To do this, you will have strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to get the best from the people they work with.
A thorough understanding of the key performance indicators of a Service department is required to ensure the running of an efficient and profitable department. You must be proficient at dealing with day to day activities, whilst managing the requirements of a demanding manufacturer partner.
Complete customer satisfaction is always our aim and applicants must be able to demonstrate how they will use their previous experience to ensure that customer service scores are in the upper quartile for the brand nationally. You will need to demonstrate the ability to develop this area of the business and to grow the profitability.
