This role involves meeting and greeting customers in to the dealership, assisting with their initial enquiries and ensuring that they are referred to the correct department. The role will also involve taking inbound telephone calls.

The Centre Host role is to ensure that every customer who enters the dealership receives the very best experience. To this end, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring waiting customers at the Service department are kept fully updated, that Sales customers are introduced to a Sales Executive and that general product information is provided wherever it is requested.

The Centre Host will be responsible for making customers aware of additional products and services offered by the dealership such as service plans, warranties and insurance. Additional responsibilities will be to ensure that the latest point of sale materials are on display and that the showroom is pristine. The role will involve some administration to assist the Service and Sales departments. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as is a great telephone manner and the ability to multi task.

The job holder will need to be of smart professional appearance as you will be the first point of contact for customers entering the dealership. This role is part time and the hours of work are 8am to 1pm Monday to Friday.
