I'd just like to give some feedback, following my recent purchase of my
lovely new Scenic.
I was dealt with by Michael, who was highly professional and
efficient in dealing with the sale, and after sales.
Of note, I am highly grateful, that when it became apparent the car
would not be delivered by an agreed time Michael went above and beyond
to make sure myself and my family were able to keep mobile. However,
this is not a position I believe you should be put in as a garage by the
manufacturer (see below).
Other colleagues who assisted include Alex and Liam, again, both highly
professional in their approach, and all form a great team.
The only downside was the length of time it took for the car to be
delivered to yourselves. I know this is outside your control, but, it
does not seem fair that the end customer, and of course, you the garage
are the ones left waiting for the manufacturer to deliver, you should
not have to take the flack for this.
- I also appreciate this is not unique to Renault, as my parents
had the same issue from Nissan.
I am very happy with my new car, and all the service I received by your
company, and I look forward to coming back in the future.
