4 Common-Rail Diesel Engines

The Interstar offers you a choice of four advanced, direct-injection common-rail diesel engines. The Interstar has a power unit that suits the type of work you do. The Interstar engines range from the 1.9-litre unit that delivers 82 HP and 200 Nm of torque, to the 3.0-litre with 136 HP and 320 Nm of torque. Most off the Interstar’s are available with a 5-speed gearbox, while the 115 HP and 136 HP units come with a six-speed transmission.

3-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty and 6-Year Anti-Corrosion Warranty

The Interstar, like all Nissan commercial vehicles, is backed by a 3 year or 60,000 mile warranty (whichever is sooner). This comprehensively covers your new Nissan in case of defects in materials and workmanship. For your reassurance, the Interstar’s body is also protected by a 6 year anti-corrosion warranty, and paintwork is protected by a 3 year warranty.
The Interstar can take it, with the most space –efficient vehicle in its class. The Interstar provides generous cargo length and height within a compact exterior, along with a maximum load capacity of over 1,600 kg.

The Interstar is a versatile van with three roof heights, three wheelbase lengths and three gross vehicle weights. The Interstar’s range is extensive and practical, ensuring there’s a version suited to you. The Interstar also has a easy loading area with a low loading height (537mm) and a large standard kerb sliding door. The loading is made easier with the Interstar. The Interstar gives you the option for either double sliding doors or rear doors that open to a 270 degrees and fold flat along the body sides which are especially useful in confined spaces.

The Interstar has 3-point seatbelts as standard on all Interstar front seats, along with a driver's airbag. You also get seatbelt load limiters and pretensioners and can opt for a passenger airbag. The Interstar has remote central door locking as standard across the range and makes it easy to stay secure. When the Interstar reaches a speed of 4m/h the doors automatically lock, which gives you increased security for you and your cargo.
